

Witch's Light is a stealth game where the player has been captured for witchcraft and has to escape the prison by using her powers of transforming into a rat in the moonlight and into a human in the torch light!
The game was mainly inspired by a visit to the torture museum of Brugge and some external factors like other games (specifically Inside and A Plague Tale: Innocence) and the very foggy period in which it was developed.
The idea was to do something with a darker vibe and that gave a bit of anxiety when played.

The first step after developing the idea was testing out if the mechanics made sense or were too complex. They seemed interesting enough, so from there I started doing a lot of level design and playtesting to make the most out of the mechanic!
